Projects from 2010 – 2015

Between 2010 and 2015, Moving Child made individual donations to various projects. These projects are still active and do wonderful work.

2011

Moving Child supported the AuJA support program for children with autism in Berlin. The support was used for the development of a guideline brochure for parents of autistic children.

2011 – 2012

The Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund München supports, among other things, children who have been in traumatic situations, for example due to the sudden death or an accident involving their parents. Moving Child’s support was aimed at bridging the time until the children could receive the proper therapy.

2015

The day care center Haar gGmbH in Munich received donations from Moving Child to fund the equipment and support for a refugee child.

The IG Climbing Munich & South Bavaria offers an inclusive climbing program that uses the sport to reduce fear and prejudices, for example, by bringing handicapped and non-handicapped children into contact. For this project, IG Climbing received the Sports Inclusion Award from the Department for Education and Sports of the City of Munich in 2011. Moving Child supported an IG Climbing project for young refugees from various crisis areas who, while climbing, could gain confidence in themselves and others and improve their language skills.
